Hiii, I really appreciate what y'all do and I noticed in some of the texts that I've uploaded the formatting has changed from using br tags to newlines. These sorts of minor but repetitive changes made me wonder if there is anything else I can do to submit cleaner texts and reduce editing?

The Anarchist Library is an archive and is meant to archive texts as they appeared in the source. There is no style guide. That said, the Amusewiki software does automatically convert br to newline, or vice versa I can't remember.

That certainly helps, as it has more detail on the markup for amuse which will help me produce more faithful uploads. I was more asking to relieve my worries that a person had to edit and modify the works I've been uploading, so I wanted to check in and make sure I wasn't creating the same monotonous repeated work for one or more impressively patient and tenacious volunteers. So, I'm relieved to know that the changes I've been seeing in the git history for these texts is the work of a script
