Are all the books in the Anarchist libary Public Domain?

I know, it is a weird question, but I would like to translate some of those works to Spanish and don't want any legal issues. I also would like to know which books you recommend as "easy to read", so I can start with those (I just read Anarchy By Enrico Malatesta and Im moving to Worshiping Power by Peter Gelderloos).
Thank you very much in advance.

There are many texts on the library that are in the public domain. My suggestion would be to be find a book you like and are interested in spending the time translating and check to see if it's in the public domain. If it's not and you're interested, I don't know the legalese on translations, but that unauthorized translations have been a thing throughout anarchist time. Or you could also contact the author and work with them if they're still around and get the author approved translation. Good luck, let us know how your translations go.
