I am wondering if The Anarchist Library has mirrors or at least mirror system. Mirroring would be very useful for number of reasons including having library accessible after main site would get shut down for some reason i.e hacker attack. It would also help with decentralization and it would offload main servers.

Hello montar,

The library does have some mirrors up currently, although the number of mirrors has steadily decreased over the years and we're always looking for people to host new mirrors if they would like.

This is a fun link because on top of a regular mirror, it also has ZIM and Gemini protocol mirrors of the library, although the ZIM is a bit outdated.

You can see the following command for an instant mirror:

We also have torrent of all the languages that we host that is updated every three months, but that is currently on the back-burner for the moment. I can reply in the future with an updated torrent link.

And finally, if you setup a mirror of the library, please let us know and I will be sure to add it to the list of mirrors.
