Book Submission Not Showing Up

I recently submitted a copy of Dean Spade's new book - "Love in a F*cked-Up World: How to Build Relationships, Hook Up, and Raise Hell Together," but it has not yet shown up in the library, despite having a publishing date in September. Is there a reason it has not yet been posted?

If the issue if copyright related, I submitted it with the express permission of Dean Spade

I'm worried I did something wrong in the submission process, but I haven't been able to find a way to recover the work I did on the document to check... Any help would be a massive lift! Thanks !!
