Process for adding new texts

Apologies if this is a silly question, but I can't see an FAQ for adding new texts to the library. I understand how to add a new text and have done so. It was really easy :) But what happened next was a little confusing. The automated email I got includes a prompt to publish the changes (and hence to publish the text) but that url takes me to a log in page, and I don't have a login for the site. I presume that needs to be done by a site admin? But if so, I'm not sure why I received the prompt to publish it. Maybe it's a quirk of the site's back end?

Hello,
The email prompt to publish the changes means any further edits that you might make to the text. Those edits will then end up in the queue for librarians to take a look at. If no more edits are needed, then you're all set. It sounds like you've submitted the text correctly, at the moment it's in the pending queue awaiting some librarians eyes.

I think the submission was rejected, because when I click on the preview links I was sent by email after I submitted the text, it now says 'page not found'. Has it been refused? It was a text about antifascist organising by Bameen R Ears that stated it was written by autonomous anarchists.
